Tonight in DTLA police tried to instigate a riot by attacking and brutally arresting a woman, slamming her face into the concrete for drawing a chalk figure on the ground. The crowd was so affected they amassed into the street, the police began firing dispersal weapons. Corporate media lied about the sequence of events and a CBS reporter who did not know they were still live on mic/broadcast explained that his newsdesk was ‘disappointed’ the crowd dispersed so there wasn’t further altercation with police.
